Since January 2017, the main provisions of Quality Decree no. 2015-790 of 30 June 2015 on the quality of continuing vocational training actions have come into force.
Today, funding bodies (OPCA, Pole emploi, etc.) must ensure the quality of the training they fund.
This text therefore requires professional training organisations and ISVV to provide proof of the quality of the training provided. This is a guarantee of credibility for both companies and future trainees.
To achieve this, you need to meet 6 quality criteria defined in the decree:
First step: Registration on Data-Dock
To simplify the task of training organisations, a consortium has been set up comprising several funding bodies.
Its mission is to enable training organisations to provide proof of the quality of the courses they offer via a digital platform.
The Université de Bordeaux, for all its components, has successfully completed this stage.
ISVV has therefore been referenced on the Datadock platform since 23 May 2017.
Second stage: The Quality approach
New certification for training quality!
In November 2018 the Lifelong Learning department obtained the "Continuing Education at the University" (FCU) Quality Services Certification. Issued by Bureau Veritas, this Certification guarantees the quality of our services.
This certification enables ISVV to confirm its commitment to the following six quality criteria:
Obtaining this certification both recognises and enhances the work carried out by all ISVV staff.
It also reinforces management's commitment to developing professional training within the Université de Bordeaux.
Certification of Continuing Education services at the University: the strength of a public network!
Qualiopi certification is a national certification issued on the basis of a single reference framework (RNQ - Référentiel National Qualité), published by the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Integration. It attests to the quality of the service and training provided, and ensures that candidates have the best possible conditions for success. Find out more

These regulations apply to all persons taking part in a training course organised by the Université de Bordeaux. They are available to trainees on the Université de Bordeaux website.
The regulations define health and safety rules, general and permanent rules relating to discipline as well as the nature and scale of sanctions that may be taken against trainees who contravene them and the procedural guarantees applicable when a sanction is envisaged.
It also sets out the rules governing trainee representation for courses lasting more than 500 hours.
All trainees must comply with the terms of these regulations throughout the duration of the training course.
